Q What is the warranty on my TPL amplifier?

Standard Warranty
New Product Warranty

All TPL Communications products are guaranteed to meet or exceed published performance specifications and warrants that each product is free from defects in material and workmanship.

All warranty repairs must be performed at the TPL Communications factory in Los Angeles, California or an authorized TPL Communications service center.  Any unauthorized repairs attempted by the customer, alteration or modification of the equipment, damage by external sources, or removal or alteration of the serial number label or date code, will void the warranty. Warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or used in violation of instructions furnished by TPL, nor does it extend to units which have been repaired or altered outside our service department, or where the serial number has been removed, defaced or changed.  Specifically excluded from this warranty are batteries, fuses, lamps, and damage caused by lightning, power surges, or mechanical abuse.

If found to be defective within period specified below, the factory, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the unit at no cost.  All warranty returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer to the factory, the factory will pay standard shipping charges back to the customer.

Amplifiers returned to the factory for repair and found to meet factory specifications will be subject to an evaluation fee.


Warranty on Repaired Items

Warranty period on previously repaired amplifiers is 90 days and is limited to cover the original repair only. 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory.
