Q | What is the warranty on my TPL amplifier? |
All TPL Communications products are guaranteed to meet or exceed published performance specifications and warrants that each product is free from defects in material and workmanship. If found to be defective within period specified below, the factory, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the unit at no cost. All warranty returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer to the factory, the factory will pay standard shipping charges back to the customer. Amplifiers returned to the factory for repair and found to meet factory specifications will be subject to an evaluation fee. ALL TPL AMPLIFIERS SOLD AFTER JANUARY 1, 2013 CARRY A THREE-YEAR WARRANTY. Warranty on Repaired Items Warranty period on previously repaired amplifiers is 90 days and is limited to cover the original repair only. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. Amplifiers returned to the factory for repair and found to meet factory specifications will be subject to an evaluation fee. |
